Covid-🇮🇩

When the country with the world’s largest Muslim population initially claimed that they had zero cases of the coronavirus, thanks to Allah’s “favor and protection,” compared to their more developed neighbors—today, the divine intervention is on hold, as Indonesia’s infection and mortality rates put them among the worst nation in Asia in containing the pandemic crisis.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and Indonesia’s neighbors had doubts about the Covid-🇮🇩 claim, because they all deduced that their alleged zero infection or mortality rate is the result of their poor health system and inept political leadership, and not so much because of a special divine protection on the nation.

Cryptmas

A frightening or undesirable state of mind people find themselves in prior to Christmas—for instance, they might unfairly be made redundant so that their companies could save on salaries and year-end bonuses.

Sanitation engineers at Twitter's headquarters in San Francisco were handed a cryptmas letter informing them that they were fired sans retrenchment benefits, because robots would be taking over their wallet-unfriendly jobs.

Covid the 19th

A more respectable title Ms. Corona’s lawyers wanted WHO to use rather than Covid-19 in recognition of her lethal power in inflicting pain and suffering to millions of people globally, especially vis-à-vis those whom she felt gracious enough not to end their lives prematurely.

If the world continues to casually call her “Covid” or “Corona” instead of formally addressing her as “Covid the 19th,” Princess Corona threatens to mutate into the deadlier Covid-20, which could send most of the earthlings to the fearful side of eternity sooner than later.
