A replacement for the classic but tired adage of "that's what she said". It was developed from Demetri Martin's comedy, which states that adding "...ladies" at the end of anything will make it creepier. It can be added by the person talking or anyone who happens to be listening and catches a double entendre ready to be exploited.
Ray: Jeeze, I'm really tired from last night...ladies.
Harrison: I didn't think it was going to be this hard!
Ray: ...ladies.
Harrison: I didn't think it was going to be this hard!
Ray: ...ladies.

An increasingly rare sub-species of human being. Sadly, most were killed off over the past few decades due to the introduction of a number of competitive species (bitches, hoes, etc.). Numbers have also been greatly reduced by race contamination, sexually transmitted diseases, and suicide due to mistreatment.
Proper ladies are expected to die out by 2065. What a sad ending to a noble story.
