A high staked game with a referee, and 6 to 12 judges where 2 teams have to battle using fact and lies disguised as fact to prove someone to be either innocent or guilty.
Justice system in a nutshell.
Referee:*bangs hammer* "SILENCE! I'm fantasizing on how I'm going to use all of your guy's money when I get home."
Judges:*sighs* "I wish I could of been paid to be here."
Team A and B: *presents evidence and argues*

A system softer on cops, members of the justice system, and other authoritative powers (including medical) than it is on anybody else. A system not on the side of anybody not in it.
If you're not part of the justice system, you're fucked. You dont get justice, that's the reality for you.

A "house-of-cards justice system" is a system that gives the illusion of standing for justice, but is simply a set of barely balanced cards, stacked upon each other to suit the requirement of the time, and which will collapse on closer analysis.
