Appearing offline;
Not joinable through profile;
May have blocked the person attempting to lobby hop.
This person could know the lobby hopper irl, or the lobby hopper could be trying to find a popular content creator for that game and thus don't know each other irl.

Glitter. Much like herpes, it gets everywhere and stays everywhere. It's very difficult to control and almost impossible to get rid of.
