On this day, you wake up at 7 a.m., eat cereal for breakfast, and go to the bus stop and see your friends driving. After deciding which seat to take, you ride on the highway, awkwardly dancing standing up in the back seat, until you get to a random dark alley where you party and have fun. Everyone is looking forward to the weekend.

The last day of the school week for kids and work week for a lot of people with jobs.
Of course, a lot on people still have to work of the weekends, so to them the day only exists to rub in the fact that they have to work on the weekends.
Also, bums like me who don't go to school or work don't care about Friday at all, it's just another day of the week for us to lay around the house.
