Derived from swedish name's nisse and per, created to sound silly. It first appeared during a LAN-gaming night playing Serious Sam where one of the players, playing the pirate, took the name nisse-per.
Later it has become synonym with Kankuro's, from Naruto, doll and the grammatically incorrect "sin kompis" meaning Kankuro.
