The Magma effect

When in a game of league, a single player gets super fed, takes most of the kills and tries to solo win the game to no avail.

Due to the lack of income on the rest of the team; when the carry dies the team can't do anything due to being starved for gold. Suffering from success : The Magma effect.

1: I'm going to carry the game, you guys peel and support me.
2: Don't make it The Magma effect, we don't have any income to help if you die.

When you really want to hate Abby but you can't. You try really hard to hate everything she stands for but you eventually have to give up and accept that it's an impossible challenge.
