It is defined as a woman with an existly large stomach/belly which covers majority of her lower body which give the appearance that her belly and vagina are one. The term was coined within the Caribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago where a woman vagina is commonly know as a nanny hence the word barney is a derivative of the combination of both words belly and nanny.
