Resident
A non-Sureno gang member that runs with the South Siders in the California or Federal prison systems. A Resident Homey may have associated with Sureno gang members or ran solo on the streets.
"I've seen Residents running the block....I'm on the B Yard in the gym. And there was a cat from Maravilla that had the keys right there. Now Maravilla -- they're not Surenos.
