A pain taker is someone, generally a woman, who will endure getting deep-dicked without tapping out. Someone who finds pleasure in the pain and letting her man use her with no mercy. A pain taker is a female most likely a prostitute. Who specializes in giving great head and or taking dick which takes the "pain" away. From the male she is having relations with and or doing business with. Therefore so being called a "pain taker"
