Colloquial term for a wheel clamp. Denver was the first place they were used.

My car has four wheels each complete with its own Denver boot. I'm not going anywhere!

Someone always making feeble wisecracks, who laughs at his/her own jokes and is generally deserving of severe and painful punishment.

Chore boy

Brand name of scouring pad used also by people smoking crack to retain some of the cocaine vapors. Can then be fired up and smoked for a second hit.
