Informally - a man who commonly engages in oral-anal contact (rimming) with his (oftentimes dominant) female partner. Sometimes used as a term of mock-affection.

when a man is so turned on sexually he can no longer think straight, he is said to be "dick stupid." When a man is "dick stupid," he is likely to do anything to please his prospective partner.
