The Make Poverty History campaign is a unique UK alliance of charities, spiritual groups, trade unions, campaigning groups and celebrities who are mobilising around key opportunities in 2005 to drive forward the struggle against poverty and injustice. The symbol of the campaign is a white wristband which is usually made of cotton with the campaign logo stamped on it.
