To be very much on something or all over something; like white on rice; very attracted to something. The term is especially appropriate to use when describing the attraction of a drunk male to a fat chick, or hogging.
Whoa, look at that hot chick with big tits. I'd love to take her home with me. I'd be all over that like a fat kid on cake.
