Nauru is the world's smallest independent republic. It is a protectorate of Australia, and it's economy is based largely on the vanishing Phosphate Mines. Food is largely imported from Australia and India. There is a very low crime rate, but with the introduction of fire arms and guns the Island, people have become increasingly criminal.
