A "Montana Blackburn" is when a man takes a shit early in the morning, but doesn't wipe his ass, then puts on tighty-whiteys. Late in the day, when he's having sex in the doggystyle position, he takes his shit-stained underwear and wraps it over her face, or across her mouth, and proceeds to fuck her while pulling on it.
