An excessively creepy person, typically a boy, who becomes infatuated with a girl and therefore stalks her relentlessly to the point where a restraining order is definitely appropriate.
OV: "Oh, please, just forgive me! I love you so much and you are amazing! Please don't leave me!!!"
Girl: "WTF MAN! I WAS NEVER GOING OUT WITH YOU AND YOU NEED TO STOP CALLING MY PHONE! I AM NOT YOUR TRUE LOVE AND YOU SCARE THE SHIT OUT OF ME! I'M SERIOUS, GO AWAY!"
OV: "I'll never stop loving you. Deep down you love me too, and you'll see that very soon. (Mutters strange incantations under breath)
Girl: OMFG! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!!!!"
