Cutecore refers to someone whos not hardcore, and is cute, or generally good looking.

Person 1: Oh my god! I saw this boy in D-tox the other day, He was cutecore!

Person 2: Cutecore?

Person 1: You know, not hardcore scene, but cute scene.
