Adjective to describe some thing of possible high delite or comedy value.
Also used to describe the actions of someone who is pleased or delitited.
Often used with the words -baby

A descriptive word to describe some one when they are looking especially impressive or 'fly'

"Ah man you are looking especially thugged out today with them swade pleets and bowler hat."
