Chung is in reference to the thigh/butt area of a person. It can also be used as a verb. To be "chunging" is to be sort of jogging or prancing so that the thigh/butt area jiggles a lot.

The downtown area of the city of Chicago. So called because it originally was contained within a "loop" of El tracks. The Loop now extends outside of the El track loop to create the best downtown area on this or any planet.
