Tacn13 ; is a quick and deliberate police strike. Usually lasting less than a second.

If the police call tacn13, it allows for halted requests to take form. They also may call tacn13 to beat you up if you spat into there face, or hit a female. A great case was when they put pink fluffy hand cuffs on Mike Tyson for being a girl basher.
