The Triple J jump was huge, richter scale measures ranged Australia wide. Triple J is Australian Government Funded.

sight seer ; is someone who is awaiting there own death anxiously. Can't wait, hoping it'll come soon. Looking upon it as a departure from this world into the next. A paradox.

Definition ; 1. assuming responsibly for by way of justification.

So there for suggests that was once, was ok or essential, is now not ok, and assuming responsibly, will be resolved.

Pre-inapt is really the word with the most significant meaning. It's an unused word that disservice flagging.
