A shithead, can mean very stupid or being a bastard.
Origins: I made a doodle at school of a guy with a poop for a head. I called him Shitbert. He has a mother, Buttface.

A good operating system purchased by Microsoft and developed by them. It was a revolutionary command line OS. The final version, 6.22, was released in 1994.
