Charlene is an Awesome Friend who loves to play and just have Fun! But she is an incredible SMART-ASS but doesn't always show it. She is great at making new friends but once she has them she keeps them forever. And a final note Charlene is probably the one who knows how to keep a party going knowing just what to do and when to do it.
