To be honest no one knows exactly what this means but, its usually used in a way to engage in a conversation with drunken stoned fools in South Eastern Wisconsin. No one is completely sure of what ILLY means either.

A mythical creature that lives in a cave on a mountain. This may used as an insult towards someone, if the person is very aggressive and has no good morals or someone who likes to steal other peoples things.
Aidan: Hey Kelsey, why did you steal my shirt and my 10 bucks?
Kelsey: Because I'm a grinch.
Aidan: Yes, you are indeed a grinch.
Kelsey: Because I'm a grinch.
