A state of paranoia when a fellow employee becomes aware that he or she isn’t as proficient at their job as they thought and other workers are doing a faster, better job. This usually promotes the employee to undermine the other workers by sabotaging dead lines, filing fictitious grievances, or slander.
I heard someone did a WALDMAN on Brian and he missed the deadline for his project.
