When your on the phone with someone and they tell you to hold because they have a call waiting. Winner of the face-off is the person who continues to talk to the person who recieved the call waiting.

Call Waiting Face-Off begins....
Dude 1 waits anxiously for Dude 2 to return...
Dude 2 returns...
