When you start winning big at anything, this is the phrase to yell at those who are losing. Demeaning and vulgar. Works especially well if the winner is a girl. This phrase needs to be shouted as loudly as possible so that all in the vicinity can hear it's glory.

most commonly used to either:

a. scare people

b. embarrass people

c. around friends

1. When I was walking to class with David today, I swear he was trying to cup my balls.
