opium blunt 

To roll Opium into a long snake like shape and cover in marijuana before rolling into a blunt.

Adding straws or cardboard to filter the end of a blunt to make the blunt hit substantially harder. The straws must be placed in a bee hive shape and the cardboard is a circular shape
