I watched something called the 'glutton bowl' on TV soem years back and laughed as the announcers kept claiming they the competitiors were not guys they picked up off the street, but actually professional eaters.

Almost identical to hoggin, a pig contest involves two or more contestents that try to pick up the fattest and/or ugliest girl in a bar.

He/she says its not an unpopularity contest one minute, then admits it was a contest all along when he/she wins the unpopularity contest.
